Candidates should not be aged below 18 years and above 37 years.

Age relaxation: Relaxations for SC & Backward Classes: 42 years, Govt Employees: 45 years, PwD: 47 years.

Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) from recognized institution.

Citizenship of India or certain other categories as specified.
